Activist. networker, blogger, passionate home low impact home cook. Peeker behind paradigms. I’ve been cooking on my woodburner for about five years - it’s saved me lots of money, re -used the heat and the flavour is terrific. I have a deep knowledge of English & French home cooking, and would like to pass on my experience to help develop local food cultures, and to revive old UK recipes that are suited to long, slow cooking, like Scotch broth and jam roly-poly pudding.
